It occurs to me...
that in the past the check engine light comes on when the gas cap isn't on tight/properly. It used to be attached to the car via a hard plastic cord but with so much use it broke off. The reason that the check engine light is on could be simply that the gas cap isn't on right. Stupid car.. Technology is a bother sometimes. I don't know why it ( Read more... ) -

Yay!
So far we have found 3 dead mice. One had its neck snapped in a mouse trap. Both the trap and the mouse were upside down (I assume the force of the spring flipped both the mouse and the trap over). Surprisingly there was no blood. I guess it died instantly (They do love Peanut butter best). One died of D-con poisoning but it at least died out ( Read more... ) -

DSL is working again. It was activated today. First off... Let me explain my week so far. Monday was interesting. I got done working at the Post Office about 11:00 AM but I noticed that the Library was closed. It is only supposed to be closed on predetermined days... Family problems!
This will blow over probably. I had a bad day though. I woke up about 1:00 PM (no work today Yay!) but my dad had already taken the car. We never really know where he goes with it and there is no way to actually contact him when he is gone. My mom had gotten him a cell phone a long time ago but he lost it and somehow the bill went over $1,000 ( Read more... ) -
New Developments!
Hmmm... I realized that power would be off at my house a very long time so I called the ISP on Friday (I think) and got my DSL service converted to my grandmother's house. They will make the change when I give them their money (which will be around $70). All I need to do now is find a way up to Macomb. Long story short... DSL will be activated ( Read more... ) -

I have more information and with this knowledge comes recognition that I need to re-think my strategy. The power will never be turned back on at my house so I am abandoning it. I know just how much we owe the electric company. A figure so staggering that there is no chance of ever paying it. Basically we owed a lot before the power was turned ( Read more... )
