I have such mixed feelings. So happy to have this new chapter, so sad it's the last and so happy I can now read Unbreakable. Oh and all turned on by flaming hot desk sex! GUH!

I love the uneasy truce between Elosha and Bill, both of them fumbling over the other for their love of Laura.

Bill's reaction to the financial arrangements was so spot on. And I love him and Zarek together. His respect for Laura is the only thing keeping him from popping that jerk in the mouth.

Yea! I loved this and Laura's "life's a bitch" moment. Nods to canon make me happy :)

I laughed so hard here. Clearly the staff knows what's up. And i don't think they were at all fooled by the staff meeting in the kitchen.

A lot of things -- Elosha and Bill's relationship for example -- needed to be left up in the air as we explored them more in Unbreakable. Let me tell you, writing a prequel is a bitch! We had to write ourselves out of a million holes.

Nods to canon make me happy :) Yes, as I said up higher, touches of canon have helped us to remember we're actually writing Bill and Laura.

Clearly the staff knows what's up. I love writing sassy Emily. She plays a much larger part in Unbreakable. I'm sure you'll enjoy her.
