Straight and to the point is probably the best way to get to it, so here you go: Robert Chase left the City.

If someone is counting on there being some kind of auction or yard sale or something, don't. If you touch his things, I'll knock your teeth out.

That's all. I just thought people might like to know.

I'll live. People leave all the time.

Yeah. Still sucks, eh?

I've been here three years. I've seen a lot of people come and go.

It doesn't really ever get any easier, and yeah, it always sucks.

I'll be happy to answer any weird questions you might have while he's gone.

[Claire why you make Caspian type?! He notices her lack of willingness to speak though.]

What questions of that nature would I have for you? I only wish you well.

Why would anyone expect a sale of his things? Here or not, they're still his, after all.

I've just heard that's what people do, sometimes.

Seems a strange way to treat someone else's belongings. Good of you not to, in any case.

I wasn't really being serious. I think people deal with loss in different ways. Some people like to hold onto the reminders, and other people just want to throw them away.

It's not his fault, Ginny.

There's always time to say goodbye, though. I didn't, when I left once, but that's because I was an idiot. So.

Not everyone gets time to say goodbye. People don't always know when they're leaving. It never used to be that way.
