Not because I'm ill, but because my manager explained to me that I should take my "sick" days and that he was planning on taking "sick" days himself.  The new company policy says that if I take all my sick days straight at the end of the year, they'd put me on short-term disability, which is a no-no, since short-term disability would only pay 80% ( Read more... )
