Congratulations on your new home. Take a few days to relax before beginning the stressful unpacking part. I still have packed boxes from my move 5 years ago--God knows I probably don't need any of that stuff. How did your pets do with the new house?

Oh, dear, don't even get me started on how much procrastination I am foreseeing at this moment. Lol.

Cat-Dog's fine. After the initial stress of getting packed off in a carrier, spirited in under covers, and let loose in his new enviroment, he is visibly relaxing in our new home.

I think that "trauma" will last me a lifetime. Haha! I'm planning to forget this happened, at least until we have to move again.

You poor thing. What I can't believe is that the truck driver didn't understand when you told him to follow you, but he understood when you told him you had no cash!?! That's what I call "selective English"! Makes you wish you could just do a wingardium leviosa and move the s**t yourself. ;)

Believe me. I thought of that more than once. I wondered what it would've been like if I could just wave a wand and lift the furniture.

Congratulations on your new place!

I read somewhere that moving is up there with death and divorce on the stress meter. You guys have a washer and dryer? Remembering your laundry nightmare still makes me laugh…er…sorry. Hey, no evil landlady!!

No evil landlady, indeed! She tried to evil us the last couple of times we had to deal with her, but now she's gone and life is better. PLUS, we DO indeed have a washer-dryer! Ahh.
