*finally met the new neighbors today. The poor things think that my yard is wild and untamed just because I am busy. They don't know I'm also farm raised, a hippy from a private college in Oregon, and an episcopalian. I have bugs, at least 3 kinds of birds, and TOADS this year! Haven't had toad babies for a long time

Iams is a very handsome portly fellow. I had two toads living in the AC condensation drain pipe that I had to evict because they were blocking it. And while I was putting screen over the pipe opening I located two more living underneath the unit slab. Hopefully there was room for four under there. I haven't seen tiny toadlets in an age, though. They are very cute. :)
