Hmm HCD might dig those books. He likes mysteries and--as Archwarden Emeritus--he's pretty familiar with Churchspeak.

If he doesn't mind hilarity with his mystery, they would be a good fit. There are some lines that just make me crack up. And as a warden, he might really appreciate that they are often looking for a priest, and having to deal with batshit crazy temporary ones.

Oh I think he will love it. You are right, he lived through some nutty stuff.

Okay, if he reads them, I want to know exactly how close to real some of this shit is.
(although I already know clown eucharists truly exist. *snort*)

Looks as wet and nasty as us. At least we have dried out a little, not much, though.

Last night TBG came home from taking some stew to Jeff and he had two packages for me. How funny!

Stay warm and dry!

Looks very, very wet. Wet coming into buildings would bug me, but it is what it is?

I hope it stays wet and doesn't decide to freeze. Take care.

Shake your finger at Zolar and tell him not to get his hopes up, this is a brief reprieve...

It is. There's nothing I can do about it unless I really want to have some work done. Luckily (?) where we live it doesn't rain all that often. If this were the PNW it would be a very different story.

Thanks.

We had ice here this morning. I would say I'm glad I didn't have to drive, but I imagine they would have put down salt well before people were on the roads to work.

Do they do a good job of the roads there? Here they will do the main roads pretty well, but the side roads-you're on your own.
Although today, for some reason, I saw two plows on my road. I think they must have gotten lost.
