Thoughts: OotP Movie
Last night I was too tired to post my instant feedback on HP5 the movie. My overall impression was that it was really good--one of my favorites. Probably second to PoA, my favorite book and movie. I really really wanted Umbridge to be awful, but she really wasn't. And all the hype about how awesome that Oscar winning actress is as Umbridge...I really don't understand what they're saying.
And honestly, who IS Ginny?? Like you said, she's soo plain.
And yeah, I was wondering the same thing about the prophecy.
Personally, I think the movie really wasn't as great as GoF or PoA...but not completely terrible. I thought the actors gave wonderful performances.

The thing about Ginny in the book is that she's definitely a playette. I wish there had been like a second of her walking about looking popular with a guy on her arm. Then Harry could giver her an eye and it would at least establish his torch for her in the next movie. However, I looked up Bonnie recently and was pleased to see that she cleans up okay. She had long hair and stylishly blunt bangs. I think that they can shape her up with an edgy haircut and some makeup. Maybe put her on TLC's What Not to Wear or something...! ^__^
