My first show with my musical troupe is July 5th. My whole family will be in town. My cousin and his girlfriend are driving up from San Diego. My aunt, uncle, sister, and her boyfriend are coming in from AZ, and my parents are here visiting from OH that weekend. Saw lots and lots of improv this weekend at the OoB West festival. There was also sketch. And good sketch. Neither Faith nor I are sketch fans...and I think that's because we've only really seen mediocre sketch. This weekend, though, had some great stuff. Backpack Picnic was amazing! On Saturday I auditioned for a musical troupe with Faith. She already had a spot b/c she had been asked by the organizer when they took a musical improv class together (I took one last year).
