If today becomes any more awesome, my brain won't be able to cope.

Do you know why I am in fandom? For days like today. It has pretty much one epic thing after another since I woke up this morning.

Firstly, I know that half of my wonderful f'list have this adequately covered, but how could I refuse to post these pictures from the new Who finale trailer one more time? (the bits of relevance come after the veil ( Read more... )

picspam, fandom is eating my brain, the fass, timelords do it better, miscellaneous movies, youtube, random, one ot3 to rule them all

Dear Mélanie, get out of my Christoph/Eli-pics. *grumble* Still, the hot Fassy pics makes up for it. Guh, Fassy. Definitely waiting for Hellstrom! :D *drools at Fassy*

You can always just imagine that Eli is completely groping Christoph's arse behind Mélanie's back. ;p

And we all know that Hellstrom is standing just out of shot, whip in hand and that delicious smirk on his face. Meanwhile, Fassy is just waiting, shooting Hellstrom a "come hither" look while waiting for the action to start.

Ah, right, that makes sense. I like to think of Mélanie as the enabler, the one who tells them to stop being stupid and go grab each other. ;) (Because, let's face it, she wants to imagine the porn as muc has we do.)

Both Hellstrom and I are wondering, though, why Fassy is still dressed. Fassy fail. ^^

Who doesn't want to imagine that sort of porn? And, partial though I am to ship the one OT3, that idea is kind of adorable. She can be their match maker.

Hellstrom should know the answer to this. It's because Fassy wants him to slice apart his clothes with a knife. *nods*

That trailer is brilliantly teasing, and those pics you have are awesome, especially the demented grin. That's some seriously clever facial control there.

Last time I saw a look like that was Chris Eccleston as Major West in 28 Days Later. He looked disturbingly gorgeous but with something slightly wrong, and in freeze-frame you could see it was the eyes were just ... not quite there.

Also, kid's show, my arse.

Oh, yeah. I'm going to be watching with my kids which means keeping calm in the face of teh evil seckseh, so it will be interesting to see what they make of it. And Rusty totally knows what he's doing there, oh yes. We should bless that man forever for catering for the slashers with so much pretty.

If more trailers like that come to the surface, I'm not sure if I'll be able to survive until the actual episode airs. ;) And you are completely right, all of the Master's malevolent madness is contained in his eyes, and it's just chilling (in a completely sexy way, of course). Simm has always been brilliant at that, particularly as Sam. You can see what is going on inside the character's mind, and all that's needed is to look at what he is doing with his eyes.

It's really quite bizarre to wrap your mind around the fact that Who is a kid's show sometimes. Some of the time, it is quite blatantly a kid's show, but then you have scenes like those depicted in the pictures above which, taken out of context, have absolutely no business whatsoever being in a family-friendly tv programme. It would be interesting just to see how a kid reacts to the darker elements of Who.

What more can be said about these trailers? Well, I might add that Christmas can never arrive too early this year! Oh, I remember the SDCC's days, when that first End Of Time trailer was showed and people screamed and cried of joy when they saw the Master. (I'll admit I was one of them, watching it on YT)
My ovaries are ready to explode, really!

About other piccies: Oh, he's so waiting for Hellstrom! Jesus, I'd be in that position too XD

And my plans for when I'll receive some money is to buy some John Simm and David Tennant's DVDs on Amazon. Among the "must have now" there's obviously Devil's Whore . I only have to wait for some money to arrive ^^

That weekend already felt like all of my Christmases had come at once. It's really hard to believe that the Comic Con trailer was only a couple of months ago. There has been so much awesomeness since then. :D Still, Christmas can't come soon enough. I need my Simm!Master fix, damn it.

Everyone should just assume that position the moment that Hellstrom walks through the door. It's probably the safest thing to do. ;p

The Devil's Whore is definitely worth it. I seem to neglect all of the Sexby manpain in favour for the more cracked elements of the mini-series, but Simm does angst so prettily in it (and it's just a joy to watch in terms of cinematography as well, because it looks absolutely stunning.) *speeds up the arrival of your money*
