If today becomes any more awesome, my brain won't be able to cope.
Do you know why I am in fandom? For days like today. It has pretty much one epic thing after another since I woke up this morning.
Firstly, I know that half of my wonderful f'list have this adequately covered, but how could I refuse to post these pictures from the new Who finale trailer one more time? (the bits of relevance come after the veil mouse. *shudders*)
I'll tell you one thing I'd let that man eat with some fava beans and a nice Chianti... What? Also, kid's show, my arse. Plus, you combine these with pics like this, or this, or even this, and that's one already very excited penguin.
However, as if to prove that there is no such thing as being too excited, this happened:
*brain implodes* I have wanted this pic to happen ever since I became obsessed with Basterds, and it finally has, and it's every bit as awesome as I thought it would be. You know what, screw the ban I imposed upon myself from making icons until Basterds is released on DVD, today's events need iconing, damn it!
Another thing that is quite awesome, but not quiet as awesome as the two things mentioned above, the Town Creek trailer has been released. Quite aside from the fact that it looks brilliant (and by brilliant, I mean gory as all hell), I now also have context for this, well, lets say this picture of Fassy in a very interesting pose, looking as though he is waiting for Hellstrom.
This reminds me that I really need to re-watch The Devil's Whore. It has a Basterd, the Master, plus the added bonus of Peter Capaldi being a pimp, and Prince Rupert's glorious hair. I can't believe I haven't re-downloaded it already!
