I was going to wait until I had read this final version of the fic before commenting, but I figured none of the many aspects I loved about it would change, so I’m doing it now

Ahhh, that makes me so happy to read. I came into this fic with exactly that intention: exploring angels as they were, something ethereal and powerful, from the perspective of the Winchesters of yore - just two everyday hunters dealing with bumps in the night, long before Fate dumped the world on their shoulders.

As an author you stare at the words so long the whole thing blurs together, and all the grand themes you had in your head when you started the thing disappear under the struggle to find all the inane grammar mistakes and repetitive writing. So it was such a surprise - both in your work, which beautifully accented every theme, and your comment here - to see that holy crap, I did actually get across the points I tried to get across.

So yeah, TL;DR: this comment made my week. Thank you! Badass artist and an excellent reader, what are the chances? I'm so glad you enjoyed the read, and as always, ecstatic that I got you as an artist. Thanks for your hard work!

Lovely gen adventure with the voices exactly right, and great fun to revisit a time when not all angels were dicks, and Sam and Dean hadn't yet gone through Hell. Thank you for sharing.
