oh this is such a punch to the head, visceral and sharp. Gorgeous prose and characters; in media res works so fantastically for the story, setting the tension on high and never letting us down. I love this story.

Whoa! Just... amazing! Your descriptions are so vivid I could see them. I could smell the blood and just... ouch! And you conveyed the feelings so well... Jimmy wanting to find Claire, not wanting to run over the people on the bridge; Will desperate to save himself. You portrayed it all so well. Blood, violence, anger, desperation, vindication.
