I sorted books - basically, what to keep and what not to keep. The seniors' centre gets donations, largely outdated ones, and the first part of my job was pitching anything not completely appropriate for seniors' casual reading (or horrifically outdated, in most cases) into a box. Peter took me to the circus yesterday. ^.^ It was at Woodbine Centre (the local mall) - maybe 15-20 minutes of walking.

I'm glad that we used coupons instead of actually buying tickets. $15 for a seat is expensive. And so was all the food and concession-like stuff. In my mind, not only is it pricey, but it's wasteful to buy something that's good ( Read more... )
