They shook Hands by Dethryl. He re-writes each HP book from the view point of Harry being in Slytherin, if that's your thing, but he does prove Sirius Innocent in third/fourth year.

I'm pretty sure Common Woodbrown written for the 2009 rs_games is one of those pieces. It's rather long and just marvellous. It's gotten a lot of great recs so it's definitely worth a read.
