I'm sad no one has replied with recs for you because I'd like to read these types of fics too =(
I've been trying to think of recs but I'm so on again/off again with reading HP fics that any that I've read that would fit these criteria, I've probably forgotten long ago. I did find some old S/R rec lists from years ago where I left notes about why I liked a fic but I don't remember the fic itself... some of those may work for the feel good request, although I'm not sure because I can't remember them fully. Would you like me to give you those links just in case?
Actually on second thought I do have one feel-good fic rec I just read:
Little Star by eprime -- Sirius is in Slytherin and is trying to walk the line between affection for the werewolf/half-blood Remus, and pureblood expecations.
I have really been liking a lot of eprime's works, actually. You should check her remus/sirius lj tag to see a whole list of other fics.
Another one that was pretty feel good was Sometimes You Weep although that one has a bit more bittersweetness going into it.
Also have you read any of Julie Fortune's stories? I feel like she's done some darker Remus.
