I remember reading (and loving) this one particular fic that I thought was a rs_games fic but I can't seem to track it down. I read that just this week! The story is "i carry your heart (i carry it in my heart)" by loony4lupin, who wrote it for RS Games 2008. Apparently the online archive is inaccessible, but you can download the whole archive here: http://community.livejournal.com/remusxsirius/3043507.html

Yay! Someone found this! I was intrigued by the OP's explanation of the fic and have been periodically stalking this post to see what it was... thanks for the link! Now I have all of 2008 RS Games...
