The Prophet had come first, and had only shared a few brief words with Tseng. Introductions mostly, and nothing more. He'd decided to wait and see what others might have seen, what others might have known. It would have been foolish to be absent for such a meeting. No matter the status differences, nor the simple way about this organized grouping. The ideal place, hidden behind a cabin, and near a path through the Jungle. Seemed juvenile, but he realized the reality as it was. It's not as if they could speak freely in the midst of the staff, in the middle of the bazaar or even in their own quarters. It was proven, again and again, that they had no real sanctuary. From his belongings being taken from him, to being gifted with formal garments. All underneath his nose, all without the Prophet even noticing any movement or stir within his cabin. Needless to say, he was half expecting to see nigh consequences to their actions now; forming a group of percolating anarchy to the island. Surely this sort of activity would not go unnoticed ( ... )

8'] I took a chance, so glad you're here to share this with <3 fff prophetabove September 10 2009, 04:15:42 UTC
The Prophet turned to Riddle, taking in her approach fully. Though, as she called him by a name he did not recognize, his head tilted just slightly. His lips parting before he had formed even a reply in thought. His lips closed and he swallowed before bringing up a hand to take the mask from his face, then placing it back on, "I'm afraid not." For her, that is.

Though, how any one could mistake him for someone else was beyond him. He took a respected look to her own robes, her dress. It seemed to have fit her finely. Though it was the more modern types of gowns that the rest of the residents wore that had him slightly alarmed. So much skin was shown, it was by far nothing like the luau, but still the same. It was definitely nothing he was use to. He had found his sights back to her, glad, for another reason, to have something familiar here on this island. Too many strange elements, throwing off his perception, his understandings. His sense of norms being challenged by talk, dress and mannerisms.

Cissnei was early-Though Tseng hadn't said anything about those of ShinRa meeting up earlier than the rest she took it for granted. Unlike most people she hadn't taken to wearing the formal clothes, mostly because the shop only had one thing for her and it was a dress. A big frilly one. No way in hell would she wear that. She knew exactly why they had done it too. Oh well, next time she'd just have to be more careful if she ended up stealing something.

The girl made her way up down to the jungle walk in basically what she had stolen before, her weapons and materia with her as usual. To Tseng she gave a nod when she spotted him on the steps of the jungle walk, making her way over the man. Seems she was early even for them.

"Rude and Reno are gone." She informed him as a greeting. "I checked their cabins and rooms, there's nothing there." A frown crossed her face for a moment, but some of the others had left as well before them...everyone assumed they had found a way out. It's what she hoped for the other Turks, anyway.

And the greeting was taken with a heavy moment of silence. His eyes falling from Cissnei so that he could look around--as if not seeing Reno and Rude would confirm her words. He was suspecting as much, seeing as they didn't make contact with him. After a small nod he turned his attention back to Cissnei, his palm smoothing over his front coat. He noted her attire, the clothes she had taken still very much evidence on her being.

But, as he also understood, as of lately there was nothing in any of their rooms. The phantom thief had seen to it. "We cannot ignore the possibility that there may be something of a threat during daylight as much as there is the evident threat during night." Something in hiding, alongside the thief, stealing more then their belongings, but actually themselves.

To his words she nodded. "I'll keep an eye out for anything." If they were still here, if someone had hurt them...Well, Cissnei wasn't known to take kindly to those who hurt other Turks, the only ones she had ever had as friends and family.

The brief flash anger faded down and away, and she turned to look away from Tseng at those who had arrived, folding her arms over one another while being mindful of Rekka. All professional attitude now, despite low slung jeans and a bare midriff showing off scars and skin alike. "This twilight has lasted much longer than either the day or night before it, I suppose we should be thankful for it, but it still seems suspicious." The party, the theft, now this sudden change in the clothing.

Although the latter might of been because she stole most of the inventory.

Tseng nodded, his eyes falling to the ground then back up to the path. Watching for more new comers, "Suspicious is very much what it is, I won't advise going into any area too dark, should the monsters be let out in cover of the shadows." But very much like how the world was, danger both existing in day and night. Nothing was black and white, no security should and could be so easily assured. There had to be more. The missing people, the drugged drinks, their conspicuous General Manager who was but a face and voice on their device.

While Yuffie still believed that Tseng was nothing more than an annoying Turk -and she couldn't say that about them all since Cissnei had helped her, she figured someone else had to pop along to make sure that the ShinRa types weren't planning something like a coup.

It could also prove fun.

Which was why she was running along the path, faltering slightly as a shoe came off or when her dress got caught. At the very least, it was the right style for her -not that annoying training garb, but the Princess robes. Too bad she'd burn it the minute she got her own stuff back.

With Fuma in hand, and one shoe in her other hand, Yuffie reached the designated meeting point, slightly out of breath and looking around. "Am I late? Did I miss it?"

He had hardly recognized her, but it was his acute abilities that wouldn't allow him to mistake her. Yuffie, the Wutai princess had arrived. Clumsily in contrast to the robes she wore. Hardly fitting the girl when she actually moved but had been nothing but a compliment when she stood still. "You haven't missed anything, you are among the first.." His eyes to Cissnei, then over to the Prophet that lingered by the cabin. He gave Yuffie the respect of a greeting, his eyes back toward her, and offered a small nod.

"Oh, great!" It meant she'd be there to hear what everyone else was told and she'd know just about everything that happened. Just in case something went fishy. "Hate being late, you miss the good stuff. Right?"

She grinned at his nod, hardly contained or reserved herself but gave a mockery of a little bow herself. Her sleeves were almost trailing over the floor.

"Who's the dude by the door?"

"He just goes by his tittle; Prophet." He eyed over to the masked man, then to Yuffie. "You or anyone else who had chosen to come--yet late.." For an absolute inconceivable reason to himself as what other obligations would they have on this island, "Would have surely been filled in by the attended others." He assured her.

He had a suspicion that the others of her "chosen" party would have made an appearance not to long from now. Seeing as they seemed to have flocked together, as well as he'd gotten confirmation from a few of them that they would come. He was a little surprised that he hadn't seen them all hang around one another constantly. He took note that they had branched off onto doing things by themselves or in smaller parties then the whole of the AVALANCHE. Seemingly their function was dissipating. But, as the story goes, he was certain promises of friendship and commitment still bonded the former group to one another. Absolutely precious. It took a lot to hold in a rogue snort to the thoughts.

Mimi, luckily, was used to doing everything in spike heels, and she'd chosen a cocktail dress so she could run more easily. (The low-cut one, she thought, would serve for the next time she needed to feed.) This was why people needed to stop dressing like slobs - then they'd be prepared for situations like this. Although she couldn't complain too much. This gave her an advantage and made her superiority more obvious.

She spotted the black-haired man easily enough, and strode up to him, putting her hands on her hips. "You're the one who wanted to check things out, aren't you?"

Tseng gave her a small nod, "Yes, we are all here to do the same. As you know, someone might know more then the other, or what have you.." He looked through the people before returning his eyes back to her, "This meeting is so that we can possibly be on the same level of understanding, as well as become more united during the night cycles. For those that care to be, that is." Indicating that he didn't really want to hear her or anyone else throw a fit about having to be responsible for more themselves. If that were the case then they could just leave--so he thought anyhow. Showing up here and reaping from the benefits yet offering no pull in the effort, was something he would not tolerate, something he would not condone. And given the chance, he'd clearly make a point of it should there come a time where karma is more then apparent ( ... )

"Right. Let me know when we get started." Mimi wasn't averse to helping out others, per se, as long as she got something out of it. After all, the sooner they figured what the hell was going on here, the sooner they could figure out how to get out, and then she could get back to important stuff - like Jack.

She brought up her hand and examined her nails, clearly dismissing him until he could be of use to her.

Elena was relieved to find a more manageable dress (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3210/3129629233_aec6b69a3e.jpg?v=0), though the extra feminine part of her was still worried it would get ruined. At least there was underwear again, thank the Goddess.
She managed to find the location all right. Dissapointing though that she had not found out much useful information. "I made it, sir! I_" She stopped with a blush creeping over her at the sight of Tseng in his new suit.

He passed it off as island fever, not to his "Jame's Bond" bow-tie deluxe tux, that had crept a blush on her pale cheeks. Tseng offered a small nod in greeting to Elena, "I see.." And he did, he trailed his eyes down to her elegant blue dress. Again, having to adjust to the new attire on his Turks. Not use to seeing them in anything but their suits. He brought his eyes back to her light brown ones and then eyed beyond her, "We're waiting on quite a few people who had confirmed their being here."

She nodded and walked to his side, trying to keep her eyes from starying over him.
"All right. Who else is coming?"

"Few familiar to us, a lot that are not." He waited, "But we'll see, if they indeed do come." He turned to Elena, "So far you know everyone except the blonde women and he masked man, Prophet, at the cabin." Though he has seen both of them at the luau.
