So, I wake up surf around the internet for a while, and every other site I go to is like yippee, wahoo, Hockey is back. Personally I could give two shits.

The only time I watch hockey is when it's around stanley cup time. Yep, I'm a "fair weather fan" and I'm damn proud of it.

In my opinion, "professional athletes" should not be allowed to whine

Though some players play a large role in the lockout, but not all. Not all of them are the stinking rich individuals we conjure up in our imaginations with the snobby, wealthy lifestyle. The contracts, from what I understand, were being argued More over how much each team gets, not individual players. But not all of the players wanted this lockout to happen either and were willing to negotiate. Those people I do feel sorry for. But it's not just the players' faults, either. The Association and Directors of the NHL are to blame, as well
