I wanted to post this yesterday, but life got in the way and I ended up using tonight's commercial breaks to finish it up and edit and such (which means I'll need to watch the episode a few more times before being able to properly process it, I'm sure). Anyway.

Your fic leaves unsaid where Sawyer is, if he is alive
I didn't kill Sawyer in this, I promise! No, in my mind for this fic, he is very much alive, just back on the island.
Then, there is also what Cassidy doesn't say. Sawyer knew.
Someday Kate's going to have to find out about Clementine and that Sawyer knew. That I don't think will be a pretty scene (especially depending on how the pregnancy storyline goes, if anywhere). But I so want to see it.
And I'm glad the Jack bits worked, too. I do really like the contrast between those two relationships. So, thank you, so much!
(One day, we'll discuss this further)
I'm guessing that day will come once spoilers are no longer spoilers ;) I can't wait!

Well, of course you know I want him to be one of the Oceanic Six, but...At least with him back on the island, there can be the hope that he'll survive and get rescued or that she'll come back for him. That's my hope.
The question is, can Sawyer live without Kate, back on the island?
Poor Sawyer. I think he can live without Kate, back on the island...but will he want to? I don't know. My poor Sawyer.
if we ever see something like this in canon, I want to see Kate caving in, telling the truth.
Well, both in this fic and in canon, I don't think she could tell the truth, not yet. It seems (especially from Hurley's mysterious visitor and what Jack said to Hurley) that if they do tell, bad bad things might happen to those who are left. In this fic, Kate can't tell because although she wants to, she has to try and protect them, as much as she can. But yes. It would be nice to see.
Thank you again, hon!
