Degrees of Separation

I wanted to post this yesterday, but life got in the way and I ended up using tonight's commercial breaks to finish it up and edit and such (which means I'll need to watch the episode a few more times before being able to properly process it, I'm sure). Anyway.

Woot for Kate and Cass!

You know I love them, and I love how you handled that realization that Sawyer is Clem's dad.

She can't breathe, but she steels herself. Hardening. Remembers their words. Their script. Their threats. She takes a breath, finally, but it seems too shallow. “I'm sorry; I don't think I ever met him.” The words hurt. (Maybe it won't show. She hopes it won't show.)

The emotion there is perfect and real. You can feel it.

Love this!

Thank you so much! I'm always going to want to see Kate finding out the connection between Sawyer and Cassidy, and I'm so glad you enjoyed this take on it.

Wooowwwww....wow. I like this a lot. I like Kate, and her voice and Cassidy's voices are great.

The whole story is so well done and so true, especially to Kate. She runs, in a way, but she's also going back-showing she's grown. I think it's perfectly true to her.

Great story!

I love the idea of the two of them meeting again, they just have to. It is one of my favorite "Lost Connections," and you handled it wonderfully.
