Sadly, going through the food tags, there haven't been any questions about what raccoon and the like taste like... even though I could swear I read one and the comments to it, last winter.

Asfor Raccoon I'm pretty sure I can ask my Dad, he has had it before and says it's pretty good. I just need to know what it's comparative to.
Luckily I already know rabbit and elk but I'd like to try rattlesnake myself someday.
