I'll describe tonight in scents.

First, there was whisky with cloves. My favorite bartender Brendan at Nodding Head, upon learning that I was under the weather, made me a hot toddy and brought me the yummy vegan stew. I sat and read the PW and had light thoughts, like how much I liked the way my eggplant purple sweater and olive green skirt look

What exactly IS a vegan snail? Is that like vegan chicken, i.e. fake meat?

Exactly. Crazy right? I am dying of curiosity. Since I've never had a real snail I can only assume it will be good.

Sure, I'm always looking for a chance to practice. These next few weeks are going to be pretty crazy for me, but I'm sure we can figure something out.
