Tonight for dinner I made
Turkey Kibbeh from Eating Well magazine. The yogurt sauce was a problem, so instead I made the creamy dill dressing recipe from the Garden of Vegan and added cucumbers and tomato. Erik wasn't impressed but I liked it. He liked the turkey kibbeh, just not the sauce. Niels liked the sauce without the vegetables before dinner

The creamy dill is yummy. I'm going to make it for a veggie platter for Niels' birthday too, I think.
