I don't think gender can be differentiated to begin with.

As you can see, it's impossible because you cannot subtract two genders. Now calculating the antiderivative may be a simple matter, since for every gender(x), we find:
GENDER(x) = gender(x)+ gender'(x) + C
Therefore, integration of the genders is not technically possible, but may work in certain circumstances.
