This site aptly named "Lost in Translation" has this engine that "babelizes" an English phrase back and forth between 5 different languages. What comes out in the end is barely recognizable from the original. For instance, I tried the classic tongue twister, "She sells sea shells by the seashore

i think "it's been ages" is kind of a given, but...it's been ages.

i also don't think i can't explain how excited and pleased i was to see this post. (or the amount of guilt i was hit with afterwards.) but really: OMG Khaye!!

there's so much i want to say here, but i owe you it in a lengthy email or letter, and not a livejournal comment. so instead, i will say that that website is my new favorite time-waster.

also that "the sky is blue" --> "nobody is a blue color." not as philosophic, but hey.
