Some banks just don't have a clue - I refused to take out an account with one because the security system relied on things like a 'memorable date' and then wouldn't accept any date before 1970 (and we all know why they chose that cut off) - which meant the options were so few that anyone with half an ounce of common sense could guess them.
ETA: Thanks for the heads-up about the email management page, I didn't know about that.

I've been meaning to point out how to manage your email addresses for a while, since I see so many requests from people who never updated their accounts, but now seemed like a particularly good time.

...is very confusing to me. How do I find out which email address I registered my account with (if by 'registered' you mean 'created', which I think you do maybe)? For me, I know it is not the same one that I currently use, but I cannot see the original one listed anywhere in my profile settings? (am I confusing the issue?)
