The Turkey Day madness is finally over, though my apartment still smells rather oddly of turkey and bacon *hee* and my fridge is full of enough leftovers to make Hearty Turkey Soup with Parsley Dumplings and Turkey Shepherd's Pie.  I think I'll make those tomorrow afternoon while I do laundry.  All the dishes are done and the apartment is clean and

That table arrangement was only for the pics. Jen and I wouldn't let Chris eat until it was just right for the pics and then we rearranged it AGAIN to make it easier to carve the turkey and actually eat the food. We're so silly but I'm glad you enjoyed it!
