[Cissnei's been around the city, trying to gather up supplies and makeshift weapons... if you can call them that. She's set down her phone at a certain angle in an attempt to possibly record something. When she passes by, she's dressed in a big winter jacket, a beanie, cargo pants and boots. [ ACTION ]

[ She wasn't the only one walking the streets. Here comes a guy dressed in black leathers and a loose dress shirt, the long white trench hitting his ankles with all the dramatic effects of some kind of cheesy thing. He doesn't look cold or armed but he does seem to be more interested in the puzzle in his hands than the weather or anyone around him. ]

[Cissnei notices him, of course. The trench coat and the dramatics of it makes her roll her eyes a little, but she is curious about whatever is distracting him.

She keeps her distance, but she's watching closely.]

[ The puzzle was an intricate number composed of various loops and squares and his fingers were moving rather fast for a human's especially since he should be feeling the bite int eh air. With a final huff, he smiles and holds the finished puzzle up, the wires interlocking together to make a fanciful sphere. He stops walking when he notices her standing there watching him. ]

You wanna try it?

[ He's got an accent that wasn't quite Wutian and he looks almost like a native of that area too ]

[She blinks, stunned at the speed of his movements. Cissnei approaches him with a little bit of a cocked head.]

How did you do that so fast? I've never seen anyone move so quickly.

A person's wrong might be another person's right. It would depend on who you're talking to.

It wasn't a question of wrong or right. Just a question.
