I did not suspect that I would miss the humble nacho on moving to another country, but I do. The state of nachos in New Zealand is extra frustrating because "nachos" are in fact a very common item to see listed on cafe and restaurant menus. But should you order them you'll get, to paraphrase Douglas Adams, something that is almost, but not quite,
