So I feel mostly better after the whole gym injury debacle, and just to make sure I skipped my back and shoulder exercises. I returned Saturday to do arms and then Saturday my (mostly) normal routine. Dan (yes, hot Dan seen a while back) suggested not doing a tricep/chest routine as I'd been doing, but rather getting more gains by just doing
