For the second time in a month's time, I was told by people who I met in person: "I thought you'd ... you know, be butcher ( Read more... )

"I thought you'd ... you know, be butcher."

Say, "No, but I am a meat packer." ^___^

Aw, Roger, never, ever be anything you are not. I have musclebound friends who sound like an entire drag show crammed into one, and little, skinny dudes that have thundering low voices and make bull riders look like sissies, plus everything in between. And it has nothing at all to do with sexual orientation. When they are forthright and comfortable in their own skin, it does not matter to me how they present themselves. There can be the initial shock of being a bit unable to process the visuals and audio cues immediately, but such surprises make life interesting. That's not to say that someone can't become annoying with their "presentation" regardless of where on the scale it fits.

Be yourself, and take no shit from anyone. ~_^

I assure you... I can be so flaming, I could singe off your eyebrows.... And there ain't nothin' more manly than being exactly who I am in any given moment.. Even if that moment just happens to find me as a school girl.

This baffles me.

To me you have a very male energy. Very. Made even more emphatic because you don't swagger, or try to prove anything, or act like an asshole fratboy.

As someone who is regularly "challenged" by manly men with something to prove, it is a huge huge relief to me to be around someone who isn't doing it. It is extremely attractive.
