He's all about "Firehouse" pizza, while I still prefer "Leonardo's" pizza. I'm all about a properly cooked stone baked pizza crust. The sauce isn't overly sweet like Firehouse. Leo's uses pulled pork sausage, instead of those damned sausage crumbles. It definately makes for a greasier pizza, but I'll stick with Leo's over firehouse any night. lol.
I will say, that I "hate" pizza hut. And the only time I have been proven to like it. Has been the afore mentioned trip to see Jon and family in Japan. The Pizza we picked up that first night was sublime. Even if they did cost a near fortune each. lol.
I don't mind Leonardo's -- I think it's okay -- but especially as of late it's way too greasy and does horrid things to my digestive tract. :: laugh ::
I am INDEED all about the Firehouse ... hint hint? ^_-
Amusing pizza story from current eventsrenbearAugust 30 2008, 05:07:09 UTC
Mmm... Pizza...
You might be amused by this story I came across just a couple hours ago: Sen. Chuck Schumer came by the Big Tent on Thursday to field various questions from bloggers. He discussed U.S. Senate races (in his capacity as DSCC chair), party unity (he was very impressed with President Clinton's speech last night), the dynamic presidential ticket (he believes Obama can win "by 300 electoral votes", though he may have meant to say Obama can clear 300 electoral votes), and various similar questions
