BTW, I don't know how they could confuse your voice as being female. It may not be a deep manly voice....but its definately male

I guess I don't get it. I've never thought you sounded like a woman. And frankly, I distinctly remember some of the most masculine and caring embraces I've ever experienced were from you. To hell with them I say!

Oddly enough, I’ve come to be fairly OK with my singing voice. But I still hate my speaking voice, which sounds too much like a cross between Kermit the Frog and a computer nerd with adenoids for comfort.

On the flip side of that, there was a comic & card shop I used to hang out at near where I last lived in Lockport that was run by a husband and wife. The wife would answer the phone and they'd ask for the woman of the house because her voice was deeper than his.
