What a day!
Went to work with John till noon. His stepdaughter was due into town from Florida around 2 with her 2-year-old daughter and nephew (to be picked up by his father whom lives in Rockford). She was right on time. He thought they wouldn't make it in until 6:00 or so since they drove. Wrong.

So, once again, while coloring my hair, my hairdresser (aka John) and I had a most philosophical conversation. We always seem to go back to the caveman / survival roots of humans.
