First comment because I am selfish like that D: Going to my aunt's place right now. I shall flail even more when I get back and I swear I'll dote on you like there's no tomorrow ♥ Off to bed you go. It's late )): //squishes ♥
HOW CAN YOU WRITE THIS BEAUTIFULLY? D; And it's a three part fic too YOU SPOIL ME ♥
There was a part of me that was saying that it wasn't Pi who wrote the song. I KNEW IT. The revelation that it was Jin who composed the song-you break my heart in a good way ;__;
I love your Kame. It's just so him-his professionalism, the scrutinizing looks he gives, his smiles, his dislike for tomatoes 8D and the overall gracefulness of his being. . just guuuh ♥
Your Jin! ♥ He barely says 10 lines in this but I could feel him as much as I fell Kame in this. The part where he keeps telling Kame "You love piano" like he was grasping for something halfway lost made me go ;A;
And the way you ended everything-pssssh. What melodramatic are you talking about? It was perfect ♥ Jin's laughter echoing through with Kame's smile and Koki saluting Kame asdfjkl;
THIS IS AWESOME FIC AND A GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFT AS WELL. MEM'D BB THANK YOU, THANK YOU and I love youuuuuuuuu ♥
HOW CAN I - WHAT. :| It's not that greaaaaat I didn't even it edit it omg ): dies I TOLD YOU IT WAS LONG. I just kept watching the stupid page count go up .__
( ... )
HOLY SHIZZ. I WILL BE BACK TO COMMENT. THIS WAS LIKE THE MOST AMAZING THING I'VE READ IN A WHILE. I'M GOING TO GO BACK AND READ ALL YOUR OTHER STORIES DLKFJLSKDF ♥
OMG OMG OMG OKAY I WAS GOING TO COPY/PASTE ALL THE DESCRIPTIONS I LIKED BUT THEY WERE ALL SO AMAZING IDK. Like the part about Kame wanting the piano-- all those parts were so beautifully written I just wanted to cry or sth. And him and Jin and the part where Koki was all surprised because kame never messes up wasd aksjdlakjslkdj;flkasdj;flkasdj;fkjs;aklsd;
omg. I could keysmash forever about what you write. and yes, it's AMAZING. and the ending was AMAZING. and the way you described how Kame thought he wasn't good enough for the piano piece was just. so. amazing. and realistic, and awesome. and ohmygosh. Please go publish a freaking book.
Oh and I really really liked how you introduced that he was a makeup artist. The relationship between him and koki is so precious ;_; and goshdarn when I read the scene about Kame playing the piece for the first time and kame playing the piano for the first time I was like I AM BLOWN AWAY BY THIS.
and wow my comment is all over the place but this story. just. wow. <3
It's amazing...and the way you described everything and the wordings and the plot and just ♥
Warm, broad hands curl around his, fingers skittering across the painful ache in his palms from playing, the sharp, crooked form of his fourth finger, never recovered. There’s something resembling laughter from Jin, a shaky, shallow sound that has Kame smiling again, pieces pasted together to form something genuine, something real, a small, tiny, real smile.
*weeps* *cuddles Kame* *cuddles Jin* even *cuddles Koki and Pi cos they were awesome and helped as well*
Lovely lovely lovely. Gorgeous melding of past and present, and the way Kame was hurting and why, and how they came together was just fabulous. I wish that the ten years had not happened and that his finger was ok, but I am even more glad now that Jin wrote him a song, and that he heard it; *slaps Jin on head for not coming back for him though*
Thank you so much ♥! I'm glad you liked the mixing of past/present; I thought that maybe it'd work better than random flashbacks :') or, hopefully it did. ahaha, sorry for not being able to come up an adequate reason for Jin not coming back :|
Thanks again :))) your comments always make me smile. ♥
I think it worked very well :) I can tell, because I wanted to cuddle them both :)
The reason for Jin not coming back......well I think that the fact he was young and immature and selfish and forgetful, and did not know that Kame could no longer play the piano, and was caught up having fun with his new friends and his debut and his new life...that's an adequate reason. It does not make him a saint, and part of him will always wish now that he had gone back to Kame earlier, but I think that you don't have to worry about finding an adequate reason :) You already have found one; the only problem is that if Jin had had a "bigger" reason than the one he has, it might be quicker and easier to forgive him.
and yay for you smiling :) Cos your fic made me smile so that sounds fair :)
Hee, cuddling is good. I like to invoke feelings :)♥
Um wow, you make my fic sound more plausible than I even thought it to be, dies. Thank you :D I do like the idea of him just not going back because...well, he didn't. I didn't really want to make up a lame excuse (and I couldn't even fish for those; I just wanted to finish this quickly rofl) but the way you make it sound really works. ♥
Haha, sounds good. So if I write more...smile-inducing fic, I get more pretty comments? ;D?
