Editor Unleashed is a site created by Maria Schneider, a former editor of Writer's Digest, and a freelance writer. The site has interesting information on writing tips, interviews, and news concerning the writing trade.

I can't speak for quality of the eZine since they have yet to publish. But they are offering $100 for stories over a thousand words and $25 for poetry or stories under a thousand words. Submission Guidelines.
