Why people bring their loud and unruly small children into the Church.  There is a Cry-room designed and built especially just for those parishioners.  The children can't help it.  Its hard for them to sit still and be quiet for any length of time, so I understand the noise and unruliness.  What I don't get is why parents feel the need to burden

Yeah, we have that problem here the church I go to, except we don't have a cry room. One child was loud and at one time, upset, I couldn't hear, but the mom got up and took the child out. Another child, same thing, parent did nothing.

Yet another reason I am glad I don't have children. I can come to church and pay attention - oops - nope, I can't because other people's children distract me. But, at least I don't have that particular worry. Its not my kids... ;)

I betcha your babies would be good too.
