As laid out in this post here, I'll be posting sometime tomorrow with a post that'll be open for any potential wishers to reply to (and will be backtagging it throughout the entire F3 so you can have your character get their wish later rather than sooner if you want

Rose is going to wish for her powers to be catastrophically enhanced enough so that she can assure the F3's destruction by the rebellion.

Elle might wish for her voice back, but it depends on if she finds out about it and all.
