F3 Super Evil Plotting Post

(This plot is mod approved but on that note: Mods, just tell me if anything's not okay with any of this!)

So, Todd is currently in the process of getting Val to give him something from home. That exact something is the Book of Pure Evil. Why? Because Todd thinks that he can control its powers this time and break out of here, or at least that even under the influence of the Book he won't be too happy at being held captive and will break out before causing any sort of mayhem.

Unfortunately, Todd is also a colossal idiot. So there's going to be a demonic godmode running around who thinks the apocalypse is a jolly good time.

That also means something else for the rats. It means WISHES. The Book gets a lot of its power by taking advantage of desperate people and granting wishes that go horribly wrong. So, he will be offering to grant the wishes of various Facility characters.

Some general guidelines:
-The Book generally grants fairly innocent wishes and makes them go horribly wrong (ex someone's wish to meet their favorite dead rock stars made them come back as zombies, and another student's wish to be thinner made the discarded fat mutate into a horrible monster). Troubled teens are a prime target, but troubled adults work too. Generally, though, the Book doesn't grant obviously evil wishes, so "I wish everyone would explode" or "I wish I could kill more people" probably wouldn't happen.
-Most people who use the Book end up horribly maimed or killed by their own wishes. Escaping injury is the exception, not the rule.
-Wishes that affect other people ARE allowed, but you need to get their permission, of course. People affected by a wish are much less likely to be injured than actual wishers, though injury or death can still happen to them if the players want. Wishes that affect the entire population are not allowed, however.
-The only certain ways to get rid of a wish are: If the wisher dies (even if they come back before the end of the F3, once they're dead the wish is gone) OR if the F3 ends. No wishes will last beyond the end of the F3. Your character or another character can also try to bargain with Todd but bargaining with demonic forces rarely improves things.
-For the sake of my sanity, ONE WISH PER MUN please and I'm going to have to limit the wishes to accepted characters only. Fourth wall-ers are still welcome to chat up evil!Todd, though, as are any other characters whose wishes he might not grant but would find his antics amusing.

Wishes are pretty open-ended and are pretty much whatever the episode calls for, but if you want to get a better idea of canon wishes the episode guide is here. I'll answer any other questions and discuss wishes here, too.

AND POINT THE SECOND: The Book will be gone and Todd will return to normal after the F3 is over no matter what, but if someone would like to kill him or take the book away on the last day I'm up for that. Killing him won't be easy but it is possible, taking the book away will be easier and can be done even by someone without powers. If the Book gets taken, it'll fly away and disappear and Todd'll be back to normal. If he dies, he'll be normal upon his return.

...And if you just want your character to be killed by evil!Todd so he can feel extra guilty later, I'm up for that too.
