[Riku's sitting on the boardwalk to the paopu, legs dangling over the sand. He's looking very relaxed, eyes on the sky. Whether it's fake or not, it's exactly as he remembers. Add that to the list of things he has to thank Val for.

He lowers his gaze, eyes moving across the party instead. It's... really good for her. He's glad. It's about time someone had a birthday on time, as Sora had mentioned earlier.]

[Axel wanders over to him a bit into the party, sitting down next to him, waving a hand at the "sky"] She did a pretty good job, huh?

[Roxas is just going to be poking at his and Axel's cake, trying very hard to make sure it doesn't look like a total mess. It kind of does, though.

Xion is absolutely glowing today. It must be the sea air permeating the island, or more probably, the island itself. She's barefoot in shorts, a nice departure from a thick black coat, especially in this weather. You can find her grinning on the beach, splashing her feet every time the tide comes in.]

[Joshua arrives, fanning himself with a palm leaf he found. He's still wearing his normal clothing, though he took off his socks and shoes and is walking in the sand barefoot.]

Phew, it's hot out here. I can't remember the last time I've been to a tropical island! [He giggles and waves to Xion.] Happy birthday, Xion~

[Xion laughs when she sees him. Sorry Joshua, you're just a generally silly looking guy sometimes.]

It's a nice break though right? [She smiles sweetly.] Thank you, Joshua!

I love the way it makes my skin feel...[Her feet splash around in the time a bit.] We never got this sort of weather at home, you know?
