Sunday Evening/Early Monday Morning || Open

[Dick has yet to change into his own batsuit surprisingly. Instead of going straight for the Bat persona, Dick actually was still in his civilian clothes and scouting around the place for supplies. Of course he ends up doing this from morning to some odd hour in the night. He didn't want people seeing him head into the building

Not as much as Bucky was--don't tell him. [He makes a face, rolls his eyes.]

I won't. I think he got second hand embarrassment from himself. [Which sounds kind of funny when you think about it.]

Mm, he tried apologizing to me. [This face as he thinks on the other's words.]

Dick. Why am I here?

[He looks a little perplexed at that question.]

What do you mean by that exactly? [How do you answer that? What even?]

In the.. safehouse. Isn't this a 'superhero only' thing?

Because we trust you to be around. It's only really for rest and not having to always be suited up.

It's nice to have you around though.

...You sound surprised. Actually, you look pretty surprised too.

You're one of the few people who knows me in and out of the suit. It thought it was a given...?

It's... not something I'm used to--this should be obvious.

[People being wary of him, pissed, not getting along, and so on.] I thought that was my dumb luck, to be honest. .. You really do?

I do. I'd be more paranoid about you knowing that I'm Batman if I didn't trust you Alex. You've been there for me when I needed it, even if it doesn't seem to be the case.

[A pause, and it looks like Alex deflates more than anything. He's honestly more confused than defeated but... eh.]

[He laughs a little and just ruffles Alex's hair.] Don't think about it too hard.
