Summary: After having a row with one of his best mates earlier this week Sirius is blowing off some steam.  Who dares to talk with him?

[Unlike last time he's so very aware of his surroundings. So on edge that he has to be so he's not startled into blasting someone on accident. Remus' hovering presence is both calming and an annoyance but he's sure that it's all his fault with his temper having seen it's worst since the fight that got him disowned.

Sure James had never seen him this angry but that was only because he hadn't been there that day. He wasn't proud of the temper he'd gotten from his mum, but this week it had just spiraled out of control. There had been so few people in his life that he actually cared about until he went to school. Pushing those thoughts aside Sirius turns towards Remus. It's been rather curious lately - his friend's recent reaction to him. Ever since the last full moon when he'd found an unconscious Remus - and Remus wouldn't even talk about it. Now there was even more of it with the way Remus held back, lingering by the door.

Casually he leans against a standing trunk of a tree, arms crossing over his chest.]I suppose you saw my

We're talking about it because you won't talk about what is important. Though I happened to think worrying about yourself is important.

[pleniluniumet]

What's important is that you're upset, and you've been upset for a steady period of more than a month and it's not... alright, Sirius, it's not.

[mortifercanis]

If I could fix it then I would but everyone around me are holding things back. I can't force them to tell me things, well, I could but that's not exactly a pleasant experience and I'd rather not do that.

[pleniluniumet]

What do you want them to do, Sirius?

[mortifercanis]

I don't know... [He kicks a still intact piece of wood out of frustration.] That people would trust me more to tell me things.

[pleniluniumet]

....[Remus really doesn't know what to say to that, just subtly moves the wood closer so Sirius can take out his aggression on it. He can't control what people do. But it is nice to know what has been bothering Sirius, even if there's nothing he-

well. Maybe there is. He'll wait for now, though, and watch Sirius to see if he continues]

[He does go back to taking his aggression out on the wood, but as far as the conversation goes - he says nothing.]

....I'm sorry. For what it's worth.

[For a long moment Sirius stills completely, the only sound and movement is the rise and fall of his chest as he breathes. Then he runs his left hand through his hair, letting out a big sigh.]

I suppose it might help if I trusted people first. [He turns to face Remus more, dropping to sit on a still intact piece of stump.] Did you know that I haven't told anyone anything? Not about Padfoot or my family. Everyone who knows that isn't you lot found out through someone else.

And... how did they find out to begin with? [Remus keeps his words careful as ever, dropping to sit on the grass a few feet away]

[mortifercanis]

I'm not really sure. Harry just knew when he saw Padfoot but I suppose that's because he's from the future. Blimey, I don't even know who else knows but it just feels like a few of them know. [Which sort of makes this even more frustrating.]

Some people here are very intuitive. [Remus frowns. His words have more layers to them. All the people who know about his being a werewolf, all the ones who suspect...] It's certainly frustrating.

[mortifercanis]

I've always been very careful. Not even the two closest to me know. [Of course he had wanted to tell Suki at one point but things got in the way. It would be just like home if Sirius caught wind of someone who suspects that they can't trust.]

[pleniluniumet]

We all have. It's a small place. Hard to keep things quiet. [Remus sighs, looking studiously at the grass] ....we'll be alright. I'll tell you everything. If that counts for anything.

[mortifercanis]

Only because we've got those bloody interns watching us. [He glances over at Remus.] Tell me only when you want to. Wouldn't be if I pushed for it all of the time. [It was sort of his way of saying that he'd wait but not forever. Though he does slide off of the stump and lean so he can put his head in Remus' lap. Strange how soothing the simple act was to Sirius.]
