Vaarsuvius opened the door. Hir skin was bluish and hir muscles trembled with the effort to stay upright, but s/he was alert. That's all s/he needed.

S/he didn't even ask why they were there. She only jerked hir head towards the bed, moving to allow Darc better access.

"It'll take time. Breathe shallowly while I prepare."

Darc felt a huge, sweeping rush of relief pour over him when Vaarsuvius opened the door; it was alright, this was going to work out just fine, neither of them were going to die today. However, he shook his head in a sluggish motion when V moved aside to let them pass into the room beyond.

'Gotta go back to the other room...Natsu's there and...and anyway, you need this room...' he attempted to peel himself away from the doorframe before glancing back at V, hoping the other wouldn't put up an argument and would just follow him...he didn't have the energy for it, 'I just couldn't leave him when he's like this...' he jerked his head a little to indicate Izaya.

Izaya said nothing as he concentrated on hanging on for dear life onto Darc. He was relieved when he heard they were going back. He didn't want to be in there. Not there with that elf. He did not trust him. All the thoughts of just having him had a hand in his life make his entire body shudder in violent protest, "Noo...nooo...not hi..m...noo...don't... nooo..."

Lucky for Darc, Vaarsuvius didn't really have the strength to argue either. However, s/he did have the strength to scowl a little at Izaya.

"Considering the circumstances, none of us have much of a choice. Breathe shallowly--I'll be by shortly."

Oh elven gods, carbon dioxide wasn't fun to breathe. S/he felt dizzy.
