[Well, someone is feeling better. Equius is sitting on the floor of the general store, his face and shirt caked in a strange white powder which, upon closer investigation, members of the facility will realize is powdered milk, as evidenced by the canisters behind him on the shelf.

It's for transportation, I think? Transportation and being able to keep it from going sour for longer. Powdered milk doesn't spoil, being - well, powdered! So generally they dehydrate it for easier storage and transportation. It keep longer and is pretty well preserved!

Someone already informed me of that. And I pointed out how useless that was to me, considering the fact that it is not being currently transported, and I want to drink it, but I can't.
