[Harry is sitting next to the karaoke machine in the biodome, several piles of bottles next to him, judging by the various colors, he's gone and collected some of every kind of liquor available in the facility

WHO'S NOT HAVIN' A PARTY! I'm-- partying fiiiiiiine. But 'm comin'. [Grin. He looks even more beat up. But thrilled. Hanging out with family'll do that]
Alfred, if you'd thrown a decent party I should have been able to hear it. Now come on, I know you want to drag a couple more of those countries into this. [gringrin]
If you drink alcohol when there's not a lot of water around, you're gonna get dehydrated and die. [This is what Izaya told him, anyway] And that thing is noisy and annoying.
Noisy, yes. Annoying? Well, it's possible I suppose, but there's certainly no risk of death. Plus, tons of us have water reserves. I have plenty to get me through the week.
Come on, Darc, throw on your favorite set of earmuffs and come enjoy yourself!
Yeah, I've got plenty of water, but I don't know that everyone else has, and they're not getting any of mine. [...Darc hates sharing...]
Hmm. Why would I wanna do that? There's probably gonna be a ton of people there. [Though he does have both earplugs and earmuffs, left over from hightened hearing week]
Ahhh, Darc, sharing is caring. [Harry nods sagely.] Of course there'll be a ton of people, that's the point! And possibly singing, and dancing, as well as getting drunk off our asses and generally enjoying ourselves. It's a party!
Harry, Harry! I'm so sorry. Will I get a detention? [He laughs obnoxiously, clearly very drunk] Can my punishment be being the most loud, and the best partier that I can be?
I would have it no other way! [James jumps to his feet, then regrets it, shoving a hand out which lands on someone's head] Right. Right. I will be there, Harry.
Clearly you were never a teenager. I may not remember much of those years, but I recall that alcohol was most definitely involved, frequently and in large amounts.
[He shrugs] But, seeing as I'm not exactly a responsible adult, maybe you should stick around and... keep an eye on things. Have a drink, make a few friends, listen to the music...
[In Person] Ffft thought I tagged back >.< minx_of_discoJune 14 2011, 04:36:00 UTC
Well of course it happens, baby, but there are very little ones here. Most of the children I've met are between eleven and thirteen.
[She levitates off the ground and crosses her legs to sit on air. It's a little hard to stand straight.] I love parties, baby, but the children can be hurt.
[In Person] no worries at all harry_b_dresdenJune 14 2011, 13:40:39 UTC
You really think I'd hand out alcohol to an eleven year old? Boy. [He rubs the back of his neck] I must make a bad first impression.
No, not when it's actively going to damage them because they're still growing, I'm not that kind of irresponsible, but most of the sixteen, seventeen year olds here? They've gone through plenty in this place that I'm not gonna begrudge them a beer if they want one.
That is alcohol. Beer, if I'm correct. Now the second question is... trickier.... Is fun possible?
I believe fun is possible. For me, at least, it happens nearly all the time, or as much as I can possibly manage it. You, though? Only way to know is try. [He grins] I think you've got it in you.

Darling, darling, most of the people here aren't old enough to drink, let alone have a wild party.

Often, I am. However, I am deadly serious when it comes to enjoying myself.
Come on, you can't exactly sit around in your room doing magic by yourself with that collar on, have a little bit of fun!
