well, I don't think so, but I'm gonna take a look around...Joni Mitchell on a lazy Sunday morning, with an entire day of no working! What a grand idea. I think I'm gonna dedicate this morning/early afternoon to records and reading. My own version of "r & r" if you will ( Read more... )

vinyl, working out, joni mitchell, food, music

I know! And ESPECIALLY fast food with me for some reason! So I think it's important to just limit my chances of messing up by making the decision to stay straight for awhile hahaha

Hahaha yeah, I'm cursed with amazing equilibrium and the ability to function while high, so I tend to follow through too much, to the dismay of my wallet!

If I can afford a gym membership I will totally be a gym buddy!! :D

Yay for going vegetarian! I would suggest taking vitamins, even if you are eating right and everything, I am of the opinion that everyone should take them. Multi vitamin and vitamin B or B12 (since vegetarians cant get that without meat) would be really good to take, if you have any questions about it feel free to ask me :)

Munchies are dangerous >< Ive barely smoked at all since I have been at school (its been... 3 times? In the 9 weeks Ive been here) and unless someone mentions food, I dont normally even think about it. But usually someone does and then I get mad lol XD But overall its probably healthier that you dont for a bit ( ... )

Ohhh good ideas! I use to take a multivitamin every day, and now I barely even know what to take (don't worry, I'll figure it out though).

hahaha I'm almost always the one who's like "FOOD?!" after smoking, therefore perhaps if I abstain for awhile I'll be thinning down my friends as well!!!

Good advise on the cravings, I didn't really think of that!

ps - also, our icons kinda match LOL

I only take an iron supplement because I was anemic a few years ago. And you can get B vitamins without meat - it's in dairy, molasses, whole grains, nuts, dried fruit, nutritional yeast, and so much more. It's just in higher concentrations in meat.

Cool. I do remember the beauty of legumes and nuts hehehe I'll probably grab an iron suppliment, men's multivitamin, B12 and B. Damn this is gonna get sort of expensive! hahaha

The Vegetarianism will curb any fast food cravings you get because you will soon realize you can't actually eat anything on the menu at all, aside from a salad and maybe french fries.

Take B12 like said above, I do that when I remember to. Usually I forget until I have a near passing out incident somewhere and then i remember to take them for a few months. [Which is now reminding me I haven't taken anything in about six months again.]
But it's really easy, to find things to eat that are healthy and filling without having the extra grease and fat and general disgustingness of meat.

I'll just watch Countrycide on a loop, and freeze frame it on him whispering "Because it's fun" in Gwen's ear. Oh fuck my life, now I can't go to sleep for awhile. UGHHHHHHHH

Try 'Meat' as well. I have squishy fuzzy feelings for animals like that and the whale being hacked up while still alive kills me.

I'm actually on the hunt for a good tofu cookbook! I've never really tried it, but I think I can. I'm a flexible guy when it comes to food, sometimes downright adventurous!

I'm the same way with eating after drinking! Luckily I rarely drink, which in itself prevents me from consuming too many empty calories lol
