I am constantly amazed at the depth and breadth of your recipes. Granted this is over a month, still, you rock with the variations and experimentations! Thanks for the photos and recipes!

Thank you. I appreciate every comment on my dishes but, even more, the back and forth that results about food, and life in general, whenever someone who visits makes a comment.

I started my LJ as a food diary for myself but got spoiled by the lovely comments of friends like you. I'm trying to get back to the original purpose which will remove a lot of the stress for the future.

It's one of my favourite foods.

Sometimes I buy those spicy little pepperettes and make snacks using a slice of white bread cut in half as a base, a slice of philly cream cheese and a pepperette on top.

I was able to play in the kitchen in June/July/Aug cause I had lots of stuff in the freezer that I could defrost and just add a couple of things to.
