LOTS and LOTS of pictures below

I have next week off due to exams and a PA day so I'm thinking of going deep into the freezer again for:

Beef - 2 pounds of medium ground beef to be transformed into Jamaican beef patties
Pork - 1 pound of lean ground pork to be made into scotch eggs
Turkey - 1 12 pound turkey whose destiny is yet to be determined ( Read more... )

I'm in love with everything you've cooked or presented. Those crepes filled with goat cheese are wonderful and I'm a sucker for a good cheese plate too. The omelette is really pretty pre-flip. :)

Thank you for the nice comment. Well, I would have had to cut up the omelette to eat it, after all, so it didn't matter TOO much that it fell apart. :)

Interesting... I have never had goat cheese in any sweet dish! I wonder how it tastes...The omelette looks delicious, the shape doesn't matter! Sissi (http://www.withaglass.com)

The goat cheese is a bit tangy which is why I added the ground almonds and sugar to sweeten it. With the sweet cherry sauce on top it's delicious.

I agree that a broken omelette still tastes good.
