OMG, that looks SO GOOD! I haven't had Okonomiyaki in a dog's age... I am hoping we can find some good Japanese here on the island, there is a big Japanese community here, so it should achievable!

That sounds like a great idea. I'm having another one today to use up the bacon and surimi I prepped yesterday. Without the pressure to take pictures, I'm going to shoot for an egg with a runny yolk. Llast time I let it sit in the frying pan under a pan lid and it ... kept cooking. Who knew? :)
